We understand the ever changing landscape being created by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing significant uncertainty within the market place.
U-Store-It has worked diligently to ensure the protection of our team, new and current customers and their families and friends are the utmost priority. We are committed to safety and have put in stringent protocols for the protection of all concerned whilst minimalizing any inconvenience.
Hours of Operation – all U-Store-It sites remain open. Whilst our facilities see limited interaction and are of an extremely low touch point we are acutely aware that our customers service a range of industries, some of which we deem to be essential.
Safety – our onsite maintenance personnel have being prioritised cleaning tasks where high touch point areas have been identified. Any customer interaction within the reception results in a complete sanitisation process.
Services – all our main services are still operational, eg FREE Truck, Trailer and Van. We take every precaution and have changed are handover checklist to ensure your protection.
Merchandise – we are still selling packing supplies to ensure customers can prepare to relocate the office, clear the spare bedroom, get the house office ready for remote working etc
